Tickets
Each ticket gets one person in, one time. Ticket codes change every few seconds, so screenshots and copies will not work. Keep your ticket link private; we are not responsible for tickets you share or lose.
All ages and ID
This is an all-ages event. Alcohol is for guests 21 and over only, and anyone trying to get alcoholic drinks will be ID'd, so bring a valid photo ID. You are responsible for how much you drink and for getting home safely. Never drive impaired.
Guests under 18
Every guest is responsible for themselves, whatever their age. If you are under 18, by buying, accepting or using a ticket you confirm that your parent or legal guardian knows you are attending, has given you permission to go, and agrees to these terms, including the release of liability and the risks of the event, on your behalf.
Release of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, you release and agree not to sue the party hosts, property owners, promoters, partners (including Pomp House), bands, staff and volunteers for any injury, illness, death, loss or damage connected to the event. That includes anything from moshing, crowd surfing, swimming or being in or near the pool, fighting, drinking or being intoxicated, and anything that happens on your way to or from the event.
You come at your own risk
This is a loud, crowded, rowdy punk show. There will be mosh pits, crowd surfing, shopping carts, a pool, drinks and large crowds. You understand these risks and choose to attend anyway.
Pool
There is no lifeguard. Swimming and anything you do in or around the pool is entirely at your own risk.
Sending a ticket to a friend
If you send or give a ticket to someone else, it is your responsibility to let them know about these terms. They will also have to agree to these terms before their ticket opens.
Behavior
We can refuse entry to or remove anyone, for any reason, without a refund. Fighting, theft or damaging the property means you leave.
Your stuff
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings, phones or vehicles.
Photos and video
The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending you agree we can use footage you appear in.
Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or credits for any reason, including weather, lineup changes, late arrival, being refused entry or being removed from the event.
Everyone on your order
If you buy for other people, you confirm each of them has agreed to these terms too.
