      A live punk rock backyard party in Miami

      Punk Mansion Party 4.0 is a one-night punk and rock show in the backyard of a private estate in Homestead, in south Miami-Dade. Five live bands play one big stage, with mosh pits, crowd surfing, the famous shopping cart, a pool, and food and drinks all night. It's the fourth Punk Mansion Party, and the last three turned into some of the wildest nights in South Florida's underground music scene.

      The night before Art Basel

      We land on Thursday, December 3, 2026, the night before Art Basel weekend takes over Miami Beach. If you're looking for Art Basel week parties, things to do in Miami in early December, or something louder than a gallery opening, start here. (We're an independent show, not part of or affiliated with Art Basel.)

      Coming from Miami, Homestead or the Keys

      The estate is in Homestead, about 45 minutes south of downtown Miami and Brickell and roughly half an hour from Key Largo and the upper Florida Keys. That makes it an easy night out for South Miami, Kendall, Cutler Bay, Florida City, Homestead and the Keys, and a road trip worth taking from Fort Lauderdale and beyond. The exact address shows up on your ticket one week before the show.

      All ages, all punks

      Everyone is welcome. Alcohol is 21+ with ID. Tickets start at $30, with VIP for an elevated view, an air-conditioned indoor bathroom and a food and drink ticket.

      Five live punk and rock bands, announced one at a time on this page. The headliner drops last.

      Is it all ages?

      Yes. Everyone is welcome. Alcohol is only for guests 21 and over, and anyone getting alcohol will be ID'd.

      How much are tickets?

      Presale starts at $30 and the price steps up as tickets sell. VIP is $100. Tickets are sold only on this site.

      Is there food and drinks?

      Yes, food and drinks on site all night.

      Is this an Art Basel event?

      No. Punk Mansion Party is an independent show that happens during Art Basel week in Miami. It's not affiliated with Art Basel.
